TITLE VIII--UNLAWFUL INTERNET GAMBLING ENFORCEMENT
SEC. 801. SHORT TITLE.
This title may be cited as the `Unlawful Internet Gambling Enforcement Act of 2006'.
SEC. 802. PROHIBITION ON ACCEPTANCE OF ANY PAYMENT INSTRUMENT FOR UNLAWFUL INTERNET GAMBLING.
(a) In General- Chapter 53 of title 31, United States Code, is amended by adding at the end the following:
In this section The full title of the Act is given and how it may be "called" in a short title - instead of looking up the Bill Number or the LAW Number.
Section 802 advises the exact main part of the LAW body.
It gives a subsection for any ammendments - and in this case The UNLAWFUL INTERNET GAMBLING ENFORCEMENT ACT OF 2006 is an ammendment to the SAFE PORT ACT.
Feel free to discuss this part, however, there really isn't much to discuss about the title structure.
Personally, I don't believe Gambling has anything to do with SAFE PORTS - so the ammendment itself, is ridiculous.
My opinion on this is that it was rushed through as a rider to a bill that the general public would not have paid attention to.
IMAGINE if the GENERAL PUBLIC had been told what it really meant.
