Which ones do you think will weather this out?

I think Netspend as a payment option and BoDog will be the only ones to stand up in the end.

But I'd like your opinions.

I think Ecocard and Club USA will hang in there too.

Yep, and looks like VIP.com will, most of the RTG's seem to be taking us still...I think these decisions actually come from the gaming software companies, rather than the casinos themselves, from the looks of things recently.

I agree. I haven't noticed any diference in the way the Casino's are acting in the RTG Software. They still seem to be bending over backwards to satisfy the players. No signs I have seen of exiting. I hope not this is my favorite.

I think it's ANYONES guess at this time...I don't think online gambling will end. I think it will be re-strucured by the government.. Uncle Sam has a jones too! A big jones for money!!!We have wars to fight etc. etc. etc.

I think Netspend played out at Microgaming, but they are still hot at RTG! How much sense does that make? Can use it at one and not the other. I think it is coming down to a do you want to still do this situation with the Casino makers themselves.

Makes you wonder who's in bed with whom in the industry, for sure...looks like MG may have a huge interest in the European market, and don't want to bother with us any more. I heard somewhere that it makes a lot of difference how the deposit transactions are coded. It just may be that RTG did their homework in anticipation of this law passing. At any rate, although MG was my fave software, I'm more than happy to give RTG their share of my business for as long as they continue to give the excellent customer service I've seen of late.

OK - here's my belief on the issue.

Yes - eventually the US will regulate online gaming. It's going to be in the next decade - but it's going to start off with lottery - horse racing - and then will move to tribal/vegas casinos.

It will be like pulling teeth.

Second - Netspend is based out of Texas - with a Mexican bank. Truthfully - The US has touchy negotiations right now with Mexico - and it is a sensitive issue - which is why I prefer Netspend... (Yeah I know - I'm totally watching every thing right now...) So - it will be a slow move to shut down NetSpend - and the US has to be careful about FREE Trade rights. You'd have to dig around into Netspend to get the picture - but that's what I'm watching.

Anyhow - about MG casinos not taking payments under 100.00

Think about it.

These casinos have just lost their GUARANTEED Income off the US Players.

They don't want to take any risks unless it's worth it for them.

WTF is the difference between one transaction for 20.00 or 100?

Hmmm?

Ask yourselves - are they becoming just a little greedy?

Show me someone winning at Microgaming that you know and trust.

Show me the proof that they got the check - or money - and didn't get audited or pulled.

My belief right now is don't play. We're all being monitored (BECAUSE THEY CAN) and we're a group of sitting ducks.

I don't think we'll go to jail immediately - but I am watching how things tumble.

And I'm kinda chicken - I don't think it's right - I'm defiant - but I'm actually kind of afraid to gamble - using a wire transaction. My government made it illegal.

I don't like it - not one freaking bit.

But it's honestly - whether I like it or not - illegal to gamble according to the UNLAWFUL INTERNET GAMBLING LAW.

The ONLY retribution I have is to stand up to my government.

The first person to go to jail for online gambling - we'll have to seriously do something about it.

But we really need people to be aware of what is going on.

Sheesh - you guys. I'm jonesing to play - but not bad enough to want to go to jail.
